The Kelly Autism Program's Prime Time is designed for autistic children, adolescents, and adults. This program utilizes engaging, evidence-based activities to help participants develop communication skills, social interaction, executive functioning, self-advocacy, and independent living skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Activities
Each Prime Time session includes hands-on learning activities that promote meaningful participation, foster friendships, and build confidence. Activities may encompass conversation groups, adapted literacy, cooking, music and movement, art, games, recreation, vocational exploration, and life skills instruction. The team at Prime Time celebrates each participant's individual strengths, interests, and communication styles, supporting them in acquiring the skills necessary for success at home, school, work, and in the community.

Prime Time is led by an interdisciplinary team of professionals and WKU student interns who create engaging experiences to promote communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and lifelong learning. Families and participants can feel confident knowing that every activity is designed to foster a sense of belonging, encourage personal growth, and help participants discover new interests while building meaningful relationships. The team at Prime Time believes that learning should be engaging, communication should be accessible, and every individual deserves opportunities to connect, contribute, and thrive.
