HCIC Room Reservations

Submission of this form is not a guarantee the requested space will be available.

Building hours:

Sunday-Thursday - 7:00am-10:00pm
Friday and Saturday - 7:00am to 4:30pm

Beginning in the Spring Semester of 2023, HCIC space will ONLY be reserved for academic (and HCIC departments) events and meetings. Space will not be reserved for non-academic events and meetings.

All events must have a WKU faculty or staff member present.

A member of the MHC team will send a confirmation email when your reservation is made.
