Learning Objectives
During this camp, participants will engage in a comprehensive learning experience designed to enhance their understanding of key concepts in sports science. The camp aims to cover fundamental principles of exercise physiology, biomechanics, and nutrition, providing athletes with valuable insights into optimizing their performance. Participants will also delve into injury prevention strategies, and recovery techniques. Through a combination of lectures, hands-on practical sessions, and interactive discussions, athletes will gain a deeper appreciation for the science behind their training regimens, empowering them to make informed decisions that positively impact their athletic endeavors. This camp serves as a unique opportunity for high school athletes to bridge the gap between theory and practice, fostering a holistic approach to sports performance under the guidance of experienced professionals in the field.
