Department of Analytics & Information Systems

Aspire to reach new heights with a hands-on education that equips you to be successful in Analytics and Information Systems.
The Department of Analytics and Information Systems is project-based and offers courses in predictive and visual analytics. Students will receive a solid business foundation combined with the relevant study of modern technology trends and the impact of information systems throughout business and society.

We also offer many activities which prepare students for success beyond the classroom.  Students have an opportunity to get involved with student organizations, student success initiatives, professional development activities, the PEAK program, and our Center for Applied Data Analytics.

Headshot of Layla Dalton.

I have enjoyed my time in the Gordon Ford College of Business, and especially in the Analytics and Information Systems Department. The faculty in AIS have always been extremely helpful and are always willing to talk to me about my future! The Business Data Analytics major will greatly prepare me for my future, regardless of the industry I decide to enter.
