Areas of Expertise: Learning Analytics, Learning Technologies, Computer Supported Collaborative Learning, Data Mining, Information Retrieval, Digital Libraries, Organization of Information

INTERESTS: Social media have been widely used in supporting students’ collaborative Iearning. Dr. Hu will talk about several projects on automatically analyzing students’ interactions and discourses in various social media platforms, using social network analysis and text mining.
