As a western Kentucky native with learning disabilities, I am focused on designing a program for all students with disabilities at WKU. I will work tirelessly to make sure that you feel supported while you are here at WKU. While I may not be a WKU grad, I am here to make sure that you are. From one-on-one coaching to leading large workshops, I will do all that I can to help you reach your dreams.
I have a Bachelor of Science in Advertising with a minor in Marketing from Murray State University (2012) as well as a Master of Science in Education, Adult and Higher Education, Student Affairs emphasis from Northern Illinois University (2015). Prior to coming to WKU, I worked at Murray State University, Northern Illinois University, Morehead State University, The University of Iowa, University of Kentucky, and the Bourbon County Middle School.
When not in the office, I can be found working with the Bowling Green football Club, podcasting, or spending time with my wife and dog.

My journey into advocating for students started over ten years ago. After graduating from Kentucky State University (KSU) with a Bachelor of Arts in Child Development and Family Relations, I became a Mentor Coordinator at KSU recruiting and training college students to be mentors to at-risk middle and high schoolers. There is where I realized I wanted to further my education so I could be more knowledgeable and more of an asset to students. I received my Master of Arts in School Counseling at Spalding University. While also being a Family Advocate and then a Family Engagement Coordinator for Shine Early Learning advocating for low-income families to help close the achievement gap. For the last three years, I have been a Private Charter Flight Attendant working with the United States Military and their families as well the National Football League (NFL). This experience allowed me to travel internationally and be able to experience various cultures and backgrounds.
In my spare time I enjoy dancing, learning new things, and spending time with family and friends.
As a native of Bowling Green, I am excited to be back home on top of The Hill and working with the community assisting students to succeed!

Hello! My name is Abriana Sanchez, and I am the Student Engagement and Development Graduate Assistant for SSS-D. My role is to keep all students in our program engaged on campus by planning all of TRIO SSS-D’s events for the school year. I graduated from WKU this past spring, and I am currently pursuing my master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. My future goal is to become a mental health therapist so that I can serve those in my community. A little fact about me is that I have a nerdy side, so I enjoy things such as marvel movies and anime. I look forward to meeting and working with you all!

I am originally from Independence, Kentucky, a small town a few miles under Cincinnati. I came to Bowling Green in 2017 to begin my undergraduate degree at WKU. I graduated with my B.A. in Forensic Psychology and Film in 2021, and am currently pursuing my M.A. in Clinical Psychology. In my time at WKU, I have learned so much regarding psychological services, in addition to new ways to express my creativity. In my free time, I enjoy learning new things, working on screenplays, playing video games and going on adventures!

Howdy! My name is Olivia Feck and I am the student assistant here at Student Support Services, Disabilities. I primarily help out with office tasks and proudly advocate for those with disabilities in any way I can. As a participant in the SSS-D TRiO program and a student worker, I understand how difficult it can be to attend college without having access to proper resources. I believe that everyone should have all the means necessary to thrive in and out of the classroom. In my free time, I am the Chair of the Student Government Association’s Student Mental Health and Wellbeing committee. Working here at SSS-D has provided a great perspective for me and has enabled me to understand how to really make a difference in students’ lives here on The Hill.
If I’m not working on a mental health project or in the office, I spend any chance I can get attending concerts and hanging out with my new kitten, Nellie. I am currently a Senior pursuing my bachelor's degree in Psychological Sciences with a minor in Neuroscience. In the future, I plan to take all that I’ve learned from my time here on The Hill to pursue a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and become a therapist. With all that being said, I hope you will join SSS-D and see how much of a positive impact it can have on your life as it did in mine!
