Social Work Textbook Scholarship Application

The following guidelines must be met for the WKU Owensboro Scholarship Committee to consider your application for the Owensboro Social Work Textbook Scholarship:

1. Applicant has earned at least a 2.5 cumulative grade point average out of a 4.0 system.
2. All applicants must have a FAFSA on file with WKU.
3. Applicant must be accepted in the Social Work program.
4. This scholarship is for the fall 2021 semester only. It is not automatically renewable.
5. Face-to-face students at the Owensboro Campus will receive priority consideration for the scholarship but all Social Work students are eligible.

CONSENT FOR RELEASE OF INFORMATION:
By submitting this form, I hereby give my permission to the Scholarship Committee to publicly announce and review the information provided. I also authorize the committee to share my application with an interested community club or organization for the purpose of awarding scholarships.
