Real Estate Certificate
Real Estate Certificate
Building upon the skills learned in the RELE courses, students may continue studies in real estate by taking an additional seven courses (12 college credit hours) and earn a Certificate in Real Estate from WKU. These additional courses provide the student with knowledge of real estate brokerage operations, real estate investments analysis and property management. Experience in real estate when combined with the Certificate does prepare the student to qualify for licensing as a Real Estate Broker.
