Associate of Arts Degree in Business

Real Estate Concentration

The Associate of Arts Degree in Business: Real Estate Concentration requires a minimum of 60 credit hours and is designed to be completed in four semester terms of full-time enrollment.

Admission Requirements

1. Admission to WKU.
2. Submission of the iCAP degree audit and Change of Major form identifying major.

Graduation Requirements

1. Completion of the WKU and Real Estate Studies course requirements for associate's degree with a "C" or above in all specialty courses; and
2. Maintenance of an overall grade point average of at least 2.0.
