Online Course Evaluation Overview

In May 2012, the University Senate and the Provost approved moving course evaluations online. As of fall 2012, course evaluations will be administered via Watermark Course Evaluations & Surveys (formerly EvaluationKIT), a robust web-based course evaluation alternative to the traditional paper-and-pencil method. Online course evaluations will save WKU approximately 150,000 pieces of paper each year! Visit our student/faculty FAQ's below for more details.

Fall 2023 Online Course Evaluation (SITE) Schedule

September 11 - 20	5-Week Session 1
September 27 - October 6	1st Bi-Term Courses
October 16 - 25	5-Week Session 2
November 13 - 30	Full-term Courses
November 21 - 30	5-Week Session 3
November 21 - 30	2nd Bi-Term Courses
December 4 - 8	Students completing all evaluations have early access to grades that have been entered early by faculty in TopNet
December 8	All students receive access to grades that have been entered early by faculty in TopNet
December 12	Final grades due by noon
January 4	Faculty receive access to fall 2023 evaluation results
