I graduated from Indiana University- Bloomington with a Bachelors in General Studies. I graduated without a specific major but left with four passions: African American and African Diaspora Studies, Sociology, Psychology and Education.
I obtained my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Ball State University. In 2016, I obtained my certificate as a Mind Body Skills Practitioner from the Center for Mind Body Medicine.
As a counselor, I align with clients to meet their goals that will help them overcome their stressors that are prohibiting their full functioning. My approach is holistic focusing on all realms of clients’ lives. I integrate many theoretical modalities to meet the unique needs of my clients.
I enjoy advocating for social justice and equality for all, spending time with my family and friends, staying active, traveling, and food.
