I was born and raised in Bowling Green, Kentucky. I began my journey at WKU in 2020. Thereafter, I earned my B.A. in Psychology, Religious Studies, and Asian Religions and Cultures, with a minor in Clinical and Community Behavioral Health, in the spring of 2023. In the fall of 2023, I began the B.A. to Psy.D. program at WKU and earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2026. I am currently continuing my education as a Doctoral Student in the Psy.D. program at WKU and look forward to the opportunities and experiences that the future holds! In my free time, I enjoy traveling, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time with my family and friends.
I practice from a Humanistic, Person-Centered, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) approach. I strive to create a supportive, accepting, and nonjudgmental space where students feel comfortable being themselves. I believe that everyone has the ability to grow and make meaningful changes in their lives, and I work collaboratively with students to navigate challenges and work toward their personal goals and values.
