I was born and partly raised in Santaquin, Utah before experiencing the culture and climate shock of moving to Liberty, Kentucky as a teenager. I completed my B.A. undergrad studies here at WKU in 2025, after switching between Chemistry, Business, Undeclared, and Criminology before finding my footing and love in Psychology- so I understand not knowing who you are and what you want for your life! I am currently in my second year of the M.A. Clinical Psychology program here at WKU where I have gained experience in the administration, interpretation, and reporting of clinical assessments and the art of therapy through a CBT lens.
When you can tear me from learning and discussing psychology, I love to engage in philosophical discussions, read murder mystery and classic novels/plays, do acrylic painting and digital art, and play tabletop games like D&D and MTG, and videogames in my free time (If you want an hour long chat, talk to me about Skyrim).
I believe therapy should be a space where you feel comfortable being open and honest about your experiences without fear of judgment. Together, we will work to understand your experiences from your perspective and create a supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and concerns at your own pace. Rather than telling you what you should do, I see our work as a collaboration. We can identify what is most important to you, explore patterns that may be affecting your life, and work together toward changes that feel meaningful to you. My goal is for you to leave our sessions with a greater understanding of yourself and a stronger sense of confidence in your ability to navigate challenges.
