Empowerment is for All of Us is designed to empower college women to become comfortable with their own bodies and advocate against any harm to themselves or those closest to them. Students will participate in round table discussion, mindfulness with yoga, bystander intervention activities. This event will feature facilitator Dr. Lacretia Dye from the Counseling and Student Affairs program and session leaders from WKU Student Conduct, WKU Counseling Center, and Hope Harbor. Students can bring their own yoga mat (or towel) to participate in that portion of the program or one will be supplied based on your registration confirmation. While this program is designed for college women, it is open to all students. 

 

One will be provided if you need one.
