I am an independent public folklorist focused on creating and implementing traditional arts programming for students and adults. In addition to my interest in and work with traditional arts, specifically textiles, my research interests include looking at the relationships between belief, occupation, and narrative.
I currently serve as the Reviews Editor for the Journal of Folklore and Education and am a Steering Committee member for the Midwest Folklorist and Cultural Workers Alliance.
