Join us for a 3 hour live Zoom Strengthening Business Practices training.

This training will help you better understand budgets, projections, planning financial reports and internal controls in the early childhood program. 

Training Outcomes:

Learn a process for building a budget and how to use for decision-making throughout the year

Understand how to project business costs, generate additional income, and plan strategically for future goals.

Training Level: 2
Core content:  7 – Program Management and Evaluation
CDA Subject area:  5 – Managing an effective program operation
