Western Kentucky University Esports Program Reschedule Policy

• For leagues where the full-season schedule is published, reschedules will only be considered when an opposing team reaches out at least 7 days prior to match day.
  
  
• For leagues where matches are generated on a weekly basis, reschedules will only be considered if an opposing team requests one within 24 hours of matches becoming available.
  
  
• If an opposing team reaches out to reschedule within the parameters described above, WKU coaches will do their best to accomodate by providing options that work for our team as well as our production and marketing staff.
