Basic Needs Hub: Dental


If you cannot find what you are looking for or have additional questions, please get in touch with the Office of the Dean of Students for further assistance. 

The Dental Hygiene Program operates a clinic in which it's students treat patients under the supervision of dental hygiene faculty members.

Appointment times are subject to student availability. New patients must complete an one hour screening before cleaning appointments can be scheduled. The screening cost is $10 which will be applied towards the cleaning.  Please call for availability.

The Dental Clinic provides basic services at reasonable cost to people without private dental insurance and whose family income falls below 250% of the national poverty guideline. Patients must live in Allen, Barren, Butler, Edmonson, Hart, Logan, Metcalfe, Monroe, Simpson or Warren counties. Patients are asked to provide a copy of their current Federal Tax 1040 form on first visit, or a Federal Form 4506-T (which we will provide) to help us qualify you for eligibility. Patients are seen by appointment only and a minimum service fee is billed at the time of appointment and based upon your ability to pay.
