Register for Fall 2015 Entrepreneurship Courses! 

ENT 312 ENTREPRENEURSHIP  (9:35-10:55 and 11:10-12:30 TR).  Required for the Major and Minor.  A study of the entrepreneurial process.

 ENT 410 FAMILY BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (2:20 - 3:40pm TR) Entrepreneurship Elective. An exploration of the unique managerial issues associated with family business, the dynamics and competitive positioning of family businesses, as well as their contribution to the economy.

 ENT 380 NEW VENTURE BUSINESS PLANNING (1:50 pm-03:10pm MW).  Required for the Major. An in-depth analysis of business planning. Students prepare a written plan for a venture, whether for or not-for profit and are strongly encouraged to enter the course with an idea for a venture.

 MKT 427 ENTREPRENEURIAL MARKETING  (online). Required for the Major.  A study of key marketing strategies relevant to new ventures that prepares students to work in an entrepreneurial firm to run their own business.

 MGT 326 MANAGING PROJECTS IN ORGANIZATIONS(5:20 - 8:20pm Thursdays).  Approved Elective.  Focuses on the fundamental aspects of managing projects; the central role of project management in organizations, the project life-cycle and techniques for initiation, planning, scheduling, controlling and managing projects. 

 FIN 441 ENTREPRENEURIAL FINANCE(12:40 - 1:35pm MWF).  Required for the Major. Focuses on gaining understanding of the financing of entrepreneurial ventures, including ways entrepreneurs identify and commit the necessary resources to create and finance their ventures

 ENT 490 PRACTICUM IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP (TBA).  Entrepreneurship Elective.  May include individual research projects as well as internships in profit or not-for-profit organizations with duties relating to entrepreneurship.
