The 100th Annual Meeting of the Kentucky Acadamey of Science will take place between November 14-16, 2014 at the Lexington Convention Center.
The event includes workshops, guest speakers, and new this year events this year, including contests and field trips.

Western Kentucky University Libraries has selected River Runs Deep, by Jennifer Bradbury, as the winner of the eleventh Evelyn Thurman Young Readers Book Award.
Joel Pett, publitzer prize-winning editorial cartoonist will be speaking at the next Kentucky Live event on October 19.
Lives of the Stars will be presented Oct. 24-Nov. 21 at WKU’s Hardin Planetarium.
Shelby Bandel, a graduate student in Psychological Sciences at WKU, is a recipient of a 2017 Graduate Research Scholarship from the American Psychological Foundation (APF) and the Council of Graduate Departments of Psychology.
