Biology Internships

An internship is a great way to get hands-on exposure to different disciplines within biology. Internships provide you with many benefits, such as: Helping you decide if your chosen career is right for you; Providing experiential hours required by many health professional schools (e.g., medical, physical therapy, dental, veterinary); Leading to a strong recommendation letter if you make a good impression on your supervisor; Gaining experiences to write about in your professional school essay; Getting upper-level biology credit for your internship (BIOL 369).
