Dr. Colleen Jonsson from University of Louisville will be giving a research seminar, entitled "Why small things matter: The ecology and evolution of hantaviruses."  Dr. Jonsson is a Professor in the Department of Microbiology and Immunology, and directs the UofL’s Center for Predictive Medicine.  Her research interests center on emerging infectious diseases, primarily viruses.  You can learn more about Dr. Jonsson and her research here:  https://louisville.edu/medschool/microbiology/faculty/full-time-faculty/colleen-jonsson-phd
