Wendi Hulsey is an Instructor II in the Program of Dental Hygiene at Western Kentucky University, where she has served for more than two decades. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Western Kentucky University and her Master of Dental Hygiene from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee.

Mrs. Hulsey teaches and provides clinical instruction to both first- and second-year dental hygiene students, with teaching responsibilities that include Dental Materials, Practice Management and Ethics, and clinical dental hygiene education.

Throughout her career in dental hygiene education, Mrs. Hulsey has remained committed to fostering enthusiasm for the profession, encouraging professional growth, and cultivating a commitment to lifelong learning. She is passionate about preparing future dental hygienists to enter the profession with the knowledge, skills, ethical foundation, and professional confidence necessary to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.
