Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement Staff

Alison Hutchinson is from Appleton, Wisc. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. She started her career with Hyatt Hotels in Chicago, Illinois. Then, Alison moved to Appleton with her family and held positions at area hotels and the convention & visitors bureau.

Alison relocated to Bowling Green where she joined Philanthropy and Alumni Engagement in 2026 as an Assistant Director of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement. She is delighted to learn, grow and contribute to the important work happening at WKU.
