Heather Scarborough received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in 2007 from Murray State University and her Masters of Science in Nursing Education (MSN) from Western Kentucky University in 2013.

Heather has worked in pediatric and Med/Surg nursing for 12 years and continues to practice PRN.  She has taught Med/Surg I & II clinicals since 2014.  As of January 2019, Heather now teaches full-time in the LPN-ASN Program for Western Kentucky University.  Heather is a member of the Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses and hold certifications in BLS, PALS, and is a Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN).
