Hilltopper Creamery


 

 

We are offering a 4 day hands-on workshop in Cheesesmaking march 9 - 12, 2020. This class is open to dairy farmers who wish to learn about adding value to your milk and is also open to the general public. We can only accept a maximum of 6 people so sign up early! Go to our online store and choose "Product Catalog" then "Miscellaneous". You will then click on "Cheesemaking Workshop" and add however many people you want in the "add to cart". At checkout you may pay with a credit card. Any questions, please call us.

 

All of our cheeses are made by WKU students. The milk is produced on the WKU farm from our own dairy cows. Most of the feed that the cows eat is grown on the WKU farm. Students grow the crops, feed the cows, and milk them. Then, students make the cheese! 

 

Cheese shipments have now resumed as of November 1st and continue through April 30th. Start planning your shopping lists for yourself and your friends/relatives. For any holidays, please order early!

 

If you live in the Bowling Green area, please stop by our retail store on the WKU farm off of Nashville Road. If you don't have time to browse around, you're able to order online and pick up your pre-packaged order at the Creamery. We have a large new sign to guide you in. Also find us on Google maps by searching Hilltopper Creamery. Our retail store is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM until 4:00 PM.
