The management and staff of The Hilltopper Creamery are excited to be making delicious varieties of cheese for your eating enjoyment!
The creamery is a division of the WKU Department of Agriculture. We invite you to visit the department and see all of the incredible opportunities available for student learning.
Our start-up and first batch of cheese was made on April 19, 2017 with fresh cheese curds (Squeaky Cheese) in four flavors. We have been making this cheese one day each week and have it available for sale at the cheese plant starting the morning after production. Check with us to verify what day is "cheese curd day". Mild Cheddar, Beer flavored Cheddar, Bacon Cheddar, and Pepper Jack cheeses are now in retail vacuum packages and they are all available at the WKU Farm creamery as well as the SoKy Marketplace farmers' market next to the Hotrods stadium on Saturdays from 8 - 1.

The Hilltopper Creamery is located at the Charles L. Taylor Agriculture Center at the WKU Farm off Nashville Road in Bowling Green, KY.
