Step 5: Closing a Study
When all research procedures are completed and no data is being analyzed, researchers should close out their study with the IRB. If all data collection and analysis is complete and only presentation or publication materials are being prepared- you may continue these activities after closeout.
Submit your study end using the Closeout Form uploaded into IRBNet into a new package under your current project. This will be acknowledged by the IRB and your study will be closed.
