Bio
Mrs. Sansom earned her BS degree in HIM from the Medical University of South Carolina and her Master's degree in Public Health from Western Kentucky University. She is an active member of the Kentucky Health Information Management Association, the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) and the Healthcare Information Management and Systems Society (HIMSS). She holds certification from AHIMA as a Registered Health Information Administrator and from HIMSS as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems. She is also an AHIMA Approved ICD-10 Ambassador Trainer.
