Fall Semester

  • August 25 — Applications, application fees, and student information and registration forms are due to the Dual Credit Program office for fall registration.
  • September — Registration to courses for the Fall semester will take place throughout this month
  • October 1 — Payment Deadline for the Fall semester; last day for students to drop from their Fall dual credit courses without penalty
  • Early October — KHEAA will verify enrollment in Fall semester dual credit courses for the Mary Jo Young Scholarship recipients
  • October 15 — Drop date for non–payment for the Fall semester

Spring Semester

  • January 25 — Deadline for applications and fees to be submitted to the Dual Credit Program for the Spring semester
  • February — Registration to courses for the Spring Semester will take place throughout this month
  • March 1 — Payment Deadline for the Spring Semester; last day for students to drop from their Spring Dual Credit courses without penalty
  • Early March — KHEAA will verify enrollment in Spring Semester Dual Credit courses for the Mary Jo Young Scholarship recipients
  • March 15 — Drop date for non–payment for the Spring Semester
