Sandy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from WKU in 2001 and has been an advisor in the Gordon Ford College of Business since 2005. As a student she was a member of the Golden Key National Honor Society and Beta Gamma Sigma.
Of particular interest to Sandy is working with adult non-traditional students. She was the GFCB representative for Project Graduate and is currently the primary advisor for students in the Plus 2 online business program.
She serves on the Professional Education And Knowledge (PEAK) committee, the Marketing and PR committee for the college, is a member of the National Academic Advising Association (NACADA), the Campus advising Network (CAN), and is a past Sam Walton Fellow for ENACTUS.
Sandy is the mother of two adult children and has two adorable grandsons, Grayson and Camden. She is a doting grandmother that travels often to spend time with the boys. She loves spending time at the beach as well as ballroom and swing dancing.
