Mr. Willis specializes in Technology Management and Information Security. Research topics include Network Design, IT Policy and Procedure, Continuity Planning/Disaster Preparedness, and Information Systems Risk Analysis. Current interest include the design and implementation of web-based, on-demand learning systems.

Mr. Willis has extensive personnel and systems management experience, including service in the military, corporate, and private sectors. He actively consults with an emphasis on Business Networking Solutions and Information Security. He currently serves as Technical Manager for all CIS departmental lab facilities, in addition to teaching a variety of CIS courses including Business Telecommunications and Systems Architecture.
