Mission Statement

The Mission of the Professional Standards Section is:

• To provide the Western Kentucky University Police Department
  higher educational, professional, and physical standards.

• To conduct relevant and quality Crime Prevention educational
  programs to our Faculty, Staff and Students.

• To train our officers in the most current and advanced law enforcement,
  leadership, tactics, techniques and operations available.
