Welcome to the Western Kentucky University Police Department on-line Anonymous Reporting form. If this is an emergency or the crime you wish to report is in progress please call 911 or 270-745-COPS(2677).

If you want to advise the Police Department of criminal activity in your dorm, building, or work area you have reached the right place. All you have to do is fill out the form below and it will be sent directly to the WKU Police Department.

This form is for those individuals that wish to inform the WKU Police Department.
Please use this form only to report crimes that occurred on WKU property owned, rented, or leased by Western Kentucky University.
Please complete as many lines of this report as you possibly can.
Personal information is optional. If you do wish to be contacted by the investigating officer, please provide your email. You will receive an email message to set up a time to be interviewed.

This page should not be used to report ongoing emergencies.
