The new Music Hall will be 26,000 sq. ft. and will include two multi-story rehearsal spaces, 5 faculty offices, 3 graduate assistant offices, 3 performance music libraries and the supporting storage facilities for instruments and uniforms.
Sarah Berry led the Drakes Creek Miiddle School and the Bowling Green Junior High School in "A Night at the Movies."

Student chamber brass quintet, "Quintessential" performed for the WKU Chandler Memorial Chapel opening.
A community children's chorus was formed by Dr. Robyn Swanson, with public school assistance from Jeanie Orr and Andrea Brown, resulting in a performance in Van Meter Auditorium with the WKU Choirs.

The new Music Rehearsal Hall (MRH) is open for classes beginning on January 23, 2012. Professors Hondorp, Adam, Bright, Schallert and B. Scott have moved into their offices, as well as graduate assistants Jewell, Houghton, Rotramel and Beresford. This lovely 26,000 square foot venue will be the home of all of the ensembles, and will serve as the Recital Hall during the Spring Semester while renovations are underway and completed in the Fine Arts Center.
