Bio

Ms. Deborah Wilkins has served as WKU’s General Counsel since 1994, and Chief of Staff since 2009.  Wilkins received a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law, and her undergraduate degree in History from WKU.  Wilkins has taught courses at WKU in Paralegal Studies, Education Leadership, Political Science and Kinesiology, Recreation and Sport.  Prior to joining WKU, Wilkins represented WKU as part of her private practice as a partner in the law firm of Campbell, Kerrick and Grise.
