Interim Non-Degree Change Form
| By submitting this form I am requesting that the WKU Graduate Studies Office change my program of study to Interim Non-Degree. This will allow me to register for classes this semester while I complete my missing requirements, provided that my undergraduate transcript showing an awarded baccalaureate degree is on file with the Graduate Studies Office. Once my missing requirements are complete I will then be eligible for acceptance into the original program of application. |
