The Office of Research Integrity provides guidance in the protection of the rights,
welfare, and security of faculty, staff, and students involved in activities throughout
the WKU campus system and supporting communities to ensure compliance with federal,
state and local regulations.
The Office of Research Integrity is committed to the highest standards of quality.
All research activities at WKU are governed by institutional policies and compliance
committees that are imposed by federal and state laws. Non-compliance can not only
result in harsh penalties to WKU, but also to the individual researcher. It is the
mission of WKU to foster an environment of compliance and promote the responsible
conduct of research.
