Welcome, Student Veterans!

Thank you for your service. Transitioning from the military to college is a unique experience for veterans. Western Kentucky Student Veterans Alliance is veteran run student organization that was established to provide military veterans, active duty, reserve, national guard and dependents with the resources, support, and advocacy needed to succeed in higher education here at WKU.

History

In 2010 Student Veterans Alliance became a local chapter of Student Veterans of America a coalition of student veteran groups across the United States which advocates on behalf of student veterans at the local, state, and national level so that all veterans succeed in higher education, achieve their academic goals, and gain meaningful employment.
