Application for Graduation
Your graduation is the ultimate goal of your education at WKU. The filing of the graduation
application will provide the University with information regarding the completion
of your graduation requirements. If your date of degree completion changes after filing
the application, please notify the Office of the Registrar at graduation@wku.edu.
When do I apply?
Associate Degree Students: must apply at 45 credit hours earned
Baccalaureate Students: must apply at 90 credit hours earned
Graduate Degree Students: see Graduate Studies
Doctoral Degree Candidates: see Education Leadership Doctoral Program

This application procedure will permit you to apply and pay the graduation fee with your credit card, which will expedite processing your application.

A baccalaureate degree candidate with a double major will receive one degree; the degree will be associated with the first declared major.
To be eligible to graduate with honors distinction (cumulative overall and cumulative WKU grade point averages of 3.4 or higher), baccalaureate candidates must have earned a minimum of 54 semester hours at WKU; associate candidates must have earned a minimum 27 semester hours at WKU.
