University Photography

Capturing the campus community is the unique privilege of University Photography. Our department supplies images for a variety of needs for the University such as:

• Faculty & Staff portraits
• Facility photos
• Special event photos
• Photos for print and web publications 

To request photos or to request photography services for an upcoming event, please use the Photo Request Form. If you have questions, you may email university.photography@wku.edu or you may call (270) 745-8816.

Electronic images will be made available on the university’s shared drive.

Western Kentucky University is a public university on public property. Photos taken on WKU’s campus of individuals do not require a photo release. The University does recommend that departments obtain a photo release when organizing photographs/videos of individuals for planned marketing campaign and/or commercial use.
