Exams

WKU on demand courses require proctored examinations. To receive credit for an on demand course, the student must complete all assignments and examinations in accordance with the course syllabus before the course expiration date.

You must complete all examination requirements as outlined in the syllabus.

Depending on the course a student is enrolled in, retake exams may be required to replace any failed exam attempts.

It is the responsibility of the student to make arrangements with the center at which the exam will be supervised before you submit the exam request form. This request must be received by our office AFTER you submitted all assignments prior to that exam.

Please allow adequate time for the exam application to reach us, be processed, and be mailed to the examination site when requesting that exams be mailed to other campuses.

Be prepared to show a valid photo ID before taking your exam at any proctored location. Valid forms of ID include WKU Student ID, state issued driver’s license, passport or military photo ID.

If you have any questions about your On Demand course please call our office at (270) 745-4158 or 1-800-535-5926 or email us at ondemand@wku.edu.

If you have questions about scheduling the exam please contact the Testing Center at (270) 745-5122.

Proctoring Fees: WKU Distance Learning Testing Center does not charge a fee; however, the WKU Remote Proctoring Network includes both proctor locations who charge for proctoring services as well as those who do not charge. Students are responsible for payment of any proctoring fees if they choose to use a proctor who charges a fee for this service. Students are also responsible for any additional fees that might be associated with the use of a particular proctoring site, such as parking fees.
