7 members of Hilltoppers for Life attend national events in Washington, D.C.

Seven WKU student members of the Hilltoppers for Life will be attending the 40th March for Life on Friday (Jan. 25) and the annual Students for Life of America national conference on Saturday (Jan. 26) in Washington, D.C.
The Hilltoppers for Life group works to protect the sanctity of life through educational events, posters, handing out information and talking with people on WKU campus and in the Bowling Green community.
The group is a finalist for a national award from the Students for Life of America.
Members who will be attending to events are: John Sohl, a Shepherdsville senior; Matt Sohl, a Shepherdsville sophomore; Zach Coots, a Bardstown junior; Maggie Smith, a Bardstown junior; Erin Ruppelt, a Louisville senior; Kevin Dorth, a graduate student from Owensboro; and Cassidy Johnson, a freshman from Nashville, Tenn.
