Registration Details
Camp will be comprised of nine, one-week sessions. Camp sessions are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Campers should be dropped off on Court # 3 of the Preston Center Gymnasium. Campers may arrive as early as 7:30 a.m. and should be picked up on Court # 3 no later than 4:30 p.m. After-care fees will be charged for any campers departing after 4:30 p.m.
Registration comes on a first come, first served basis. Enrollment is limited to the first 70 campers per session. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required to guarantee a place for each session per child. Your deposit is credited toward your payment for that session. The remaining balance must be received no later than noon on the Wednesday before each session. If a session is full, we will place any interested campers on a first come, first served, waiting list.
The cost of each session is $115 per session for WKU Faculty/Staff/Alumni campers, and $130 for the general public campers. (To recieve the $115 rate, you must be the primary caregiver).
We will begin accepting applications and deposits on Friday, April 3rd for the CURRENT WKU Faculty/Staff at the WKU Health Fair.
Registration opens for the WKU Alumni/General Public on Monday, April 6th. All registration forms may be submitted during regular office hours 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. M-F upstairs in the IM-Rec office of the Preston Center.
Sibling Discount
When you register one child, you can register their brother or sister at a discounted rate!!
This discount is limited to immediate family members. It does not include extended family such as cousins, nieces, or nephews. Siblings must be registered in the same session to receive the discount.
Alumni Discount
Alumni must be members of the WKU Alumni Association and present their Alumni card during sign-ups in order to receive the discount.
After-Care Fees
A late fee will be accessed for campers who are picked up after 4:30 p.m. Billing will be $15.00 per 15 minute increments. For example; "Chris is picked up by his dad at 4:55 p.m. Therefore, his dad will be charged $30.00 since he was picked up during the second 15 minute increment." Late fees must be paid by the last day of that particular session.
