“Food: Friend, not Foe”
Will be the topic of a discussion panel as part of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week on Monday, Feb. 23. Questions from the audience on eating issues of all kinds will be addressed by panel members: Brandi Breden, Registered Dietitian; Sherry Yurchisin, parent and support group facilitator; and Betsy Pierce, therapist. "Stories of Hope from an Eating Disorder Survivor"
Come hear Elizabeth Aldrich, a volunteer with the Eating Disorders Coalition of Tennessee, share her own story. As part of National Eating Disorders Awareness Week, this event is Tuesday, Feb. 25, at 7 p.m. in the DSU Auditorium. Card swipes available.
April 11, 2013 is National Alcohol Screening Day and our office will have a table set up for Alchol Screening, Outside Garrett Conf. Center Food Court from 12:30-2:30 p.m. This swipeable event is also a WellU event. For more information please contact Besty Pierce at 270-745-3159.
