Lacey Cornell

"I learned I wanted to be a folklorist when I was taking the only folklore class that Ball State offered. When we got to the foodways portion of the class, I was in love."

Educational Highlights:

Lacey earned her B.A. in History and Anthropology from Ball State University. During her undergraduate education, she worked as a teaching assistant for three years. She helped students successfully learn course material and pass classes they found difficult.

Lacey is exceptionally excited to continue her study of foodways while earning her M.A. at Western.

On the Inside:

Lacey is from Warsaw, Indiana. Her favorite food is spaghetti. She loves baking, and if you offer her ice cream, she will never turn it down.
