Horse Cave Heritage Festival 2012

September 14-15, 2012


On September 15th graduate students from Western Kentucky University's Folk

Studies Public Folklore class joined Bob Gates, Brent Bjorkman and Professor

Tim Evans to facilitate and document the Horse Cave Heritage Festival narrative

stage, "Chattin' on the Porch."

Narrative stage interviews and discussions included foodways traditions,

gospel music, and Hart County white oak basket making traditions.
