Bio
Kari is responsible for the strategic planning and oversight of WKU’s Compensation and Benefit programs. Kari is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Communication from Murray State University and her Master’s Degree in Communication from Western Kentucky University.
