Bio
Ida obtained a certificate from Bowling Green Vocational School for Clerical. She worked for State Farm Insurance for ten years as a Senior Claims Assistant & Receptionist. In September 2003 she worked at Graves Gilbert Clinic as a Receptionist. In November 2004, Ida was hired as the Receptionist and she was promoted to Medical Office Associate in January 2009.
