Admission Checklist

Applications must be made in 2 stages: of Osteopathic Medicine

  1. The first stage includes submission of application materials to the MHA Program Faculty.
  2. The second stage of the application requires submission of materials for admission into the Graduate School, Western Kentucky University. Only applications that have fulfilled both requirements will be considered complete.

Materials to be submitted to the EMHA Program:

  1. Completed and (Electronically) signed MHA @ UPike Application and Prerequisite Course Worksheet.
  2. Current resume with details of positions held and a personal statement emailed to: mhaexecutiveprogram@wku.edu
  3. A letter of reference of good standing and approval from KYCOM Dean sent to the Director of the MHA program: mhaexecutiveprogram@wku.edu

Materials to be submitted to the WKU Graduate School – If determined eligible for the MHA @ UPike after a review of materials under Part 1, the applicant shall be required to:

  1. Apply to the WKU Graduate School: Apply Now
  2. Submit official copies of transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
  3. Pay Graduate Studies Application Fee (at the end of your application)
