Circuit Challenge

April 4th, 1:30-3:30pm    April 5th, 2:30-5:30pm

Register in the Health and Fitness Lab

Change up your routine and challenge yourself with a Circuit style workout

  Exercises to include

  •  Jump rope warm-up: 100 revolutions
  •  Burpees: 30
  •  Dumbbell ground to overhead: 20
  •  Mountain Climbers: 50
  •  Lunges with plate overhead: 50 feet
  •  Push up with knee-ins: 30
  •  Sprint a lap around the track
  •  This circuit will be done once and may last approximately 15-20 minutes.
